New development, big and small, continues in the Central 9th or 9th and 9th area of Salt Lake City. Residential projects including small and medium-sized multi-family units continue to add new residents to the area.
New commercial developments in the neighborhood including an expansion in the Maven West project on 300 West, just north of Fayette Street and the 900 S I-15 off-ramp. Maven West by Watcke, on 300 W, is a new four story commercial building currently under construction. The ground floor will have 4100 sf for 2 restaurants or a coffeehouse. The second floor has 12000 sf for creative office and beauty/wellness spaces. Up to 38 office spaces will go into the new space. Join the exciting Maven brand on central 9th.
